Modus Operandi Brewing was founded on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and due to continued growth are now set to open a new state-of-the art brewery in 2021, in the beachside suburb of Merewether, Newcastle

Recently, NORT non-alcoholic beer, the country’s leading Australian made non-alc beer, was added to the portfolio, fuelling additional growth.

The new venue in Merewether is both a large-scale commercial brewery and distribution site as well as a premium brewery venue. The Venue will hold just shy of 300 hungry patrons and we are looking for a head chef to open and lead our food program. We are after a high level of standards, quality and positive culture.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The back bone of any kitchen team is the kitchen hand. The kitchen does not run without you. We are looking for people who are not afraid to get their hands dirty (wet actually) to smash out busy lunch and dinner sessions and keep the kitchen rolling.
