With TWO Double Dry Hopped versions of our Pale Ale coming out 1st June. Most of these beers are super limited and brewery is the only place to get them! 

Olsen's Kitchen- Samoan IPA

Here at Modus we have been beating the drum for fresh ingredients, cold storage and preservative free beers. We know how to look after our beers so that the end product is a full flavoured beer that we can all enjoy. What we are less known for is our food and the fresh ingredients coming out of the kitchen here at the brew pub. Well that's about to change as we've got a new series where Chef-meets-Brewer for our Olsen's Kitchen Range. Inspired by Olsen, our Head Chef's incredible taste palate and his way of bringing his Samoan heritage into the kitchen. We've brewed  a Samoan IPA that uses ingredients that remind Olsen of home. So take a 6.1% IPA Brewed with Galaxy, El Dorado, and Motueka and ad some Lactose, Coconut Cream, a bucket full of Limes and a giant sack full of Habanero Peppers. You're left with a super smooth and easy drinking IPA - you need to try this!

#GainZ UNFILTERED IPA

For this beer we gave Campervan (our last IP beer) a few hundred extra kilos of malt and hops and told it to do squats until it was taking #selfies in every mirror it walked by. #Gainz is a #takenoprisoners tropical roundhouse kick to the face that won’t skip a set on flavour just because its the fucking weekend #noexcuses.

Double Dry Hopped Pale

We have TWO Double Dry Hopped Pale Ales. Our classic and beloved Modus Pale Ale received extra Royal treatment when we decided to double the normal dry hop amount of Simcoe. The result is a much danker, piney-er and citrusy-er Modus Pale! Instant Classic! The second, we decided to swap out the Simcoe and dry hop with our other favourite hop, Mosaic (!) Resulting in an insanely citrusy affair! It's like biting into a hop flavoured grapefruit (in all the right ways)
