((Number Guests x Drinking Level) x Number of Hours)) / 16 = Number of Cases to Purchase
Example: ((120 Guests x 1 Average Level) x 5 hours) / 16 = 37.5 cases
Average Drinking Level Guide
Light = 0.7 drinks per hour
Average = 1.00 drink per hour
Heavy = 1.30 drinks per hour
Extra Heavy = 1.60 drinks per hour

If you are click and collect you can place your order up to 2 business days prior to your event.
Orders are to be submitted using the order form located on this page. An expert will then get in contact with you about your order, availabilities and your personalised pricing.
Our pricing guarantee means that you will always receive the best possible pricing we can offer you at the time your order is placed. We will scale your discounted pricing based on the quantity and inclusions of your order.

We are able to deliver to anywhere in Australia with competitive pricing on shipping. We use Australia Post as our default operating partner however if you have a specific need or your area is not suitably covered, we also have access to a range of courier partners that can help.
Shipping will be covered by the customer and will be included on the invoice provided.
For effective and timely delivery, all orders need to be placed at least two weeks prior to your event. Please ensure that the correct date and time is included on your delivery instructions so that we can best cater to your needs.
Orders requested and confirmed within the two week minimum notice period can still be placed however we will require that these orders are collected from one of our two brewery locations by the customer or an authorised representative.

MODUS will happily give you a refund on your excess stock provided that the product is:
Please also bring your proof of purchase (for instance your original receipt, tax invoice or a credit card statement clearly showing your purchase at MODUS) with you when returning a product under the change of mind policy. Please note that the delivery fee incurred will not be refunded if a purchase is returned as part of the excess event stock program.
The fastest way to obtain a return or replace your purchase is to visit MODUS Merewether or Mona Vale where our team will be able to assist you immediately. If visiting a brewery is not convenient for you, then please contact our support team and we can help organise returns. If you are ever unsure if a product is in a resalable condition, you are able to provide photos to us for an initial assessment on its condition.
In the event that your product has to be returned to our brewery, please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received and verified to ensure the condition matches our criteria.
