• Experience managing a dining and beverage focused venue/s
• Great people management skills
• Knowledge of Labour controls and rostering
• Understanding of bev and food cogs how to calculate and how to manage to budget
• Eye for detail to maintain our beautiful venue
• A want to increase revenue as part of the role through well thought out events and activations
• A team player who is happy to work with a small team and assist others when necessary.
