What is TEPACHE? (Said: Te-Par-shey)

Tepache is a traditional Mexican street-side brewed pineapple drink made with pineapple husks. We have brought this traditional recipe over to Australia and used the Modus signature ‘No Shortcuts’ approach to make our home-grown version of this delightful Mexican drink.

This is definitely going to be a winner this summer with it’s beautiful subtle pineapple tang and light sweetness. Best served over ice with a fresh pineapple wedge (we also love it with a fresh mint leaf…).

This is a totally new drink to Australia so we would encourage everyone to give it a go, we know you will love it as much as we do.
